It takes us 1-3 working days to process your order and 5-14 working days to deliver it to you depending on your country.
Our administrative offices are located in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. But our international warehouse is in Shenzhen (China). So we ship our products from Shenzhen.

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still feel you need help in tracing your package or would like to inquire about it, you can just contact us.
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. But we do recommend that you create an account to have more details saved about your orders for your next visits. It’s quick and easy to create an account.
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via sales@ybiznou.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, it will be too late to cancel it.
Shipping costs depend on the item you ordered and the country it is being delivered to. But our prices and delivery time are very competitive.
Right now, we deliver to nearly 80 countries. But we are working so that in the future we can cover more countries.

We are sorry to hear this. The item received must be unused and in the condition you received it. Your product replacement request must be made within 30 days of your purchase on the site. To do this, simply send us an email at sales@biznou.com containing the following details:

3. Several photos showing that the item is damaged.
If all the above conditions are met, we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

Of course. But we do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their items purchased online. If you still wish to receive a refund for your order, we can of course make the payment, in the event that the appeal is made within 30 days of the date of the order and the products in question are not for sale.
