1- SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES 

In order to always satisfy our customers, all orders we receive are processed between 1 to 3 working days. Please note that during high volume periods, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.

2- DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES

We offer two (2) delivery methods:
1) Delivery via our dedicated lines: these are delivery circuits reserved for us from China to Asia, Europe and North America. We therefore use fast and less expensive delivery chains.
2) Express Delivery: Use of the express delivery services of a few partners covering geographical areas which are not covered by our dedicated lines.

In both cases, delivery times vary between 8 to 17 working days (depending on the geographic region). Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your delivery address, weather conditions, among others.

3- COSTS

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your package, as well as your geographic region. The exact fees will be indicated on the payment page. During specific periods, delivery will be free for orders above a certain amount.

Note that for countries concerned by express delivery, customs services generally contact the recipient of the package to invite them to pay customs clearance fees specific to the country and then recover the package.

4-SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS 

We deliver to nearly 80 countries. In the payment page of our website you will be able to check whether we deliver to your country or not.

Our delivery restrictions mainly apply to countries where we do not have dedicated delivery lines or express delivery partners, to countries subject to international sanctions that we are obliged to comply with and to countries that are at war. In such cases, you will not be able to place your orders on the BIZ NOU website.

5- ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You will be able to track your order using this tracking number on our website. This will allow you to know where your order is at any time.

6- DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us at “sales@biznou.com”. In the event of loss, we open an investigation with the carrier. We will work with you to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, which may include a refund or replacement. To do this, consult our “Refund and Return Policy”.

7- CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Please note that customs taxes and import fees may be applied depending on the laws in your country. These costs are not included in the price of your order and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them in advance. This is especially the case for express deliveries.
